[Alberg30] Dingy sailing for children

Does anyone know of a sailing program for children (say, optimist prams or similar) in the Washington DC area?? I was asked at dinner, and I haven't a clue. 

The father who asked might also be available as crew this summer.  His skills are rusty; he learned what he knows sailing lasers in San Francisco Bay.
