[Alberg30] engine pan

On Sabrina #158, someone just took a thin sheet aluminum and shaped a pan with a bottom that sort of looks like a cross between a "almost-rectangle" and a "long triangle". They folded up the sides and put pop-rivets in tabs at the corners. It fits underneath pretty tight and about 5 inches below the engine and I just put a spill pad in it cut to the shape of the bottom. It works and never has turned over or fallen into the bilge.

I want to know how to get that last half-inch of water out of the bilge - (the water that runs back down the line when you turn off the bilge pump).
