[Alberg30] galley and nav station reconstruction

A small kitchen garbage can fits in the space perfectly for use as a
garbage can. Plus, there is a little storage underneath. I keep my
alcohol for the stove down there.

We used to keep a sea swing stove and the pots and pans in the "hole"
and
had a garbage bag hanging into the top of the area suspended from a fire
extinguisher.
