[Alberg30] heaving to on the main only

Is it possible to heave to with only the main up and if so, how do you
do it? A friend of mine and i have been trying to do this and have not
succeeded so far. Both of us have boats with traditonal shaped hulls.

i think I succeeded in doing this once on my Cal 27, but can remember
how I did it.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.
