[Alberg30] heaving to on the main only

"storm tactics handbook" by lin and larry pardey discusses heaving to at length.  they never use a headsail when doing so in heavy weather situations.  they advise to heave to with a main sail (triple reefed) or trysail with a sea anchor and let it blow, let it blow, let it blow.   vj
