I don't get why your numbers for backstay/forestay are 100lbs. out two of
three times. there is nothing else holding the mast up, except the lowers,
and your forward ones are the ones with tension.

Maybe the best thing is when you get performance you like, sight up the
forestay and see what amount of sag you are carrying. Sailmakers build a
certain amount of sag into their construction.
