[Alberg30] Salon Window Leaks

Hi All,

I have one of the large windows that leak in the salon.
It is a small leak just enough to make an annoying wet spot on the settee
cushion.
I have removed the bolts in the frame, but I cannot get the frame off.

It looks like a grey caulking compound between the window frames. Perhaps it
is the original sealant.

How do I remove the frame?

It would be nice to remove the frame with little damage to the window.
There must be a few tips and tricks to do this.
I am afraid of bending the window frame in order to reseal the frame.

If and when I could remove the frame, what caulking is recommended for
sealing the window frames?

Thanks,

Bob
