[Alberg30] Top Mast Sheave

I recently removed the top of my mast and they were very old, pop
rivets. I had to drill them out and then it still took a hammer to urge
it to come out of the sheave. I put it back together with 8 - 1/4"
aluminum pop rivets - much, much larger than the ones I removed. I
think there were 3 on each side and and 2 more near the back. The
stainless plate holding the jib block had rivets when I drilled it out,
but I replaced those with 4 large stainless screws.

I've haven't tackled any rudder problems.
