[Alberg30] Mast Step

You know, I think Joe Credit had this same problem fixed... you might 
look him up in the yearbook and give him a call.

My mast rests on a stainless plate and there isn't a lot of corrosion 
between the base of the mast step and the plate.

How does the plate attach to the mast?
