[Alberg30] Mast Step

Mine was this way for a while because the threads in the deck plate were
stripped, but it made me nervous. I drilled and tapped new holes.

I know that someone once wrote up an alternative solution, involving
pulling the bottom plate off, drilling into the deck to recess bolt
heads, expoxying them in, the drilling holes in the deck plates for the
bolt shafts to protrude through, thus allowing nuts to be used to afix
the mast base to the studs. It sounded like a great solution.

The shrouds hold it down and if a few of them go at the same time, a half-inch bolt wouldn't keep it standing anyway.
