[Alberg30] Bottom paints

There was a discussion a few weeks ago regarding bottom paints. I remember 
someone, but not who, saying that TBT was a good paint to use and wasn't 
that harmful to the environement. In today's Washington Post an article 
appeared that says "TBT may be the most toxic substance ever deliberately 
introduced into the marine environment..."
