[Alberg30] Positive Stability Range

I've only been able to get mine to about 80 deg and it pops back...what am I doing wrong?

I have seen a published figure of 130 degrees for the A30's range of positive stability. Unfortunately I don't recall the source.
The mainsail area is 225 sq. ft.
