I get mixing sticks at the craft store.  They're a lot cheaper--100 for 
the price of a dozen from Gougeon Bros.  Ordinary wax paper cups (not 
plastic) work fine.  For disposable gloves, get nitrile.  Latex tends to 
dissolve.
