[Alberg30] Atomic 4 engine mounting

My Atomic 4 is being re-installed, two years after it was taken out. I can't recall the order of assembly of the engine mounts. Is it: 1st > rubber pads, 2nd > small steel plates, 3rd > engine? -or do the steel plates go first? Jay DavenportRevolution, A30 #526
