[Alberg30] Tape

If the holes are through deck where hardware was installed, and I had a
new boat with a liner I would over drill the holes, fill them with
epoxy.  When I was through painting I would drill new holes through the
epoxy.

On an old boat I would fill hardware holes with polysulfide.
