[Alberg30] Flexible Tanks

Hi there -

I lived with a flexible water tank in my "wandering" days... also a 100 gal
tank in a Dufour 31 that we sailed from Martinique to Toronto.

I used to sell those things later... never had a complaint about a Vetus
tank... only had a few about Plastimo tanks and those had to do with
installation. Successful installations always involve care in making the
three sided "coffin" to place the tank in.

By the way - did a two day trip this past weekend up the coast here in
Georgian Bay; the woodstove was a terrific success. Used about 2 lbs of
charcoal briquetes and kept the cabin cozy warm. Five briquetes burned
about two hours and made useful heat. More at one time seemed to just burn
faster. Would have been even better if I had a small fan to mix up the air.
We ended up with a thermocline about waist high in the cabin - very warm
above and cool below. We made jokes about sleeping with our feet up in the
air.
