[Alberg30] Flexible Tanks

Aren't those cabin heaters great. I wish I had installed mine years ago.

  I lived with a flexible water tank in my "wandering" days... also a 100 gal
  tank in a Dufour 31 that we sailed from Martinique to Toronto.

  I used to sell those things later... never had a complaint about a Vetus
  tank... only had a few about Plastimo tanks and those had to do with
  installation.   Successful installations always involve care in making the
  three sided "coffin" to place the tank in.

  By the way - did a two day trip this past weekend up the coast here in
  Georgian Bay; the woodstove was a terrific success.  Used about 2 lbs of
  charcoal briquetes and kept the cabin cozy warm.  Five briquetes burned
  about two hours and made useful heat.  More at one time seemed to just burn
  faster.  Would have been even better if I had a small fan to mix up the air.
  We ended up with a thermocline about waist high in the cabin - very warm
  above and cool below.  We made jokes about sleeping with our feet up in the
  air.
