Thanks. After I paint do I need to find the double sided tape or can I
use some sort of bedding material? And does it have to be adhesive?

There is a very heavy 3.5 inch double sided rubber tape with good
adhesive
between the coamings and the gelcoat. It is best if you can find or make
a
very wide chisel and work very gradually from one end to the other.
