[Alberg30] Living aboard in VA

I'm looking for anyone living aboard their Alberg in the MD/VA/DC area.  This is a possibility for my fiancee and I starting next year, and I'd like to ask some questions.  Also, if anyone wants to yell "No! No!  Don't live on an Alberg!" I'd love to hear why.  :)
