   For water pump seals try a bearing house. They are not hard to find.  
My OLD Annapolis yellow pages show C V Foster, 2502 Harford rd 235-3351. 
Also Bartlett, 1734 Edison Hy 410 675-5211 In Alexandria,  Motion 
Industries, 6634 Fleet Dr., 703 719-6803, etc.
    They stock hundreds of bearings and seals. If you are looking for an 
oddball size they can usually order them.
