[Public-list] Sail track

The Alberg 30 I recently purchased has new rigging and a newly painted mast.
The surveyor told me I need to replace the sail track that was removed for
the paint job - how big a job is this?

Also, the boat has the original gas tank, and I would like to replace it.
Is this easily done?

Any thoughts or concerns about sailing with gas over diesel?
