I would like to convert my Atomic 4 to Fresh Water Cooling (FWC).

My boat has always been (fresh) raw water cooled in the Great Lakes until
the last couple of years. Now it is in the salt water in Nova Scotia.

On the net I have seen the Moyer Marine kit that has a vertical heat
exchanger with the cooling pump (for exhaust side of circuit) mounted in
front of engine.

I have also seen the Indigo website that has the additional pump mounted
near the Accessory Drive Gear Assembly on the Starboard side of engine.

I have looked at boats in my area (C&C 30's) that have FWC Atomic4's and
they have a SEN DURE heat exchanger (mounted horizontally on manifold bolts)
with the Oberdofer pump mounted in front of the engine.

What type of setup will fit in the Alberg 30?

At this point I'm not sure of the clearances in the Alberg 30, distance in
front of engine required for a front mounted pump, side mounted Indigo Pump
or the space required for mounting a heat exchanger.
(Someone just gave me an almost new heat exchanger, vertical type plus other
parts)

If any one has done a Fresh Water Conversion on there Alberg 30, please let
me know what parts/methods etc you used on your Alberg 30.

Thanks'
Bob
