[Public-list] Turnbuckle

Several weeks ago I attempted to adjust the tension on my shrouds for the
first time since I have owned the boat, only to find that all 6 turnbuckles
had frozen bottom threads. No amount PB blaster or heat would make a
difference. So off to West Marine I went and came back with a box of parts.
(not cheap) Only to find that the Turnbuckles are too long and the shrouds
wont tighten up.
What do I do now??
