[Public-list] Leaky Deck joints

Hello Everyone,
 
Seems like I have a leaky deck/hull joint.  It may be just the thru bolts or it may be the joint itself or both.   
 
Has anyone rebed their boat's deck/hull joint?  
 
Do you need to remove the mast to do this project properly?
 
Is there a quick fix that might last the season?  I'm currently heading south.  
 
I would appreciate any suggestions or tips.
