[Public-list] winch handle for original mast winch

A couple of added dimensions:

Thickness of the shaft at winch end: 7 mm (5/16")
After 78 mm (2 7/8") of the above thickness, it becomes: 9mm (3/8")
for the remainder of the shaft.
