Someone using a Dell computer with a Comcast internet connection served
out of the Rockville Maryland area has a virus-infected PC.

You can right-click on "My Computer" (on recent versions of Windows),
click "properties" and then select the "Computer Name" tab to see if it
your machine matches the following name or IP address:

Received: from Dell.com (pcp04414643pcs.nrockv01.md.comcast.net
[69.140.187.125])

Some of the exact wording may vary from one version of Windows to
another.
