Richard I had the mounting plate off the deck of my boat (#585) a few years ago The screws holding onto the cabin top are flat head machine bolts. These bolts are screwed into the fiberglass of the cabin top. It looked as if they were just screwed into smaller holes and allowed to make their own threads. Mark 1098063323.0
