[Public-list] Lexan or Acrylic ?

David,
We had our topsides redone this past winter including new portlights. They
used acrylic for all the lights and when they tightened the hooty rings down
the larger lights cracked. We switched to Lexan for the larger lights and
left the acrylic in the smaller ones. I would recommend Lexan which is much
stronger and more flexible and I'm sure you'll be happier.
