[Public-list] Whisker pole

Good evening Pete -

Just got home from the Eight Meter Worlds - we put up a trophy and awarded
it tonight at the end of series banquet.  Great evening.

The pole is aluminium and the standard that fits the Forespar ends.  I
looked after Forespar for Canada then.  Sorry I don't recall the wall
thickness but it was a standard from them.  The length is not at hand just
now but it should equal the 'J' measurement of our boats - that is the
distance from the mast to the bottom of the forestay.  You need a diagram to
measure that accurately; or your sailmaker will know.
