Marvel Mystery Oil is not so much a cleaner as it is a penetrating (under 
compression) and long term, thin coating oil mixture. It won't "clean" your 
rings, but if they're stuck, it might free them up if used correctly. Check 
in with the Atomic 4 list (@sailnet I believe) and/or Moyer Marine for 
detailed, thorough advice.
