[Public-list] Mast Head Replacement

To all 
I have read a lot about mast replacement and going to
rope halliyards and am wondering why you are doing
this. I find the wire rope and wire winch very tidy on
the boat and have had no problems to date.  Even my
headsail furling line had wire rope and a wire winch
for furling, again a tidy setup with no rope tail to
store when the headsail is furled.
