[Public-list] Removing Cutlass Housing

Mine certainly seems to be, though I suppose it's possible that there 
are nuts in there that are well-glued to the hull.

You might be able to jam something (a large screwdriver, perhaps) to 
stop the lower nut from turning while you remove the bolt.
