[Public-list] Holding tank tops

Hi Mike - 

I think you are describing a repair to what is the freshwater tank in our
boat #426.  In the absence of a compound to stick to the plastic the top is
made of I put three pop rivets between each self-taping screw.  I am not
concerned about leaks through the rivets because the tank flange is outside
the encapsulated space.  That seems to have done the job.
