[Public-list] What does it cost to keep an Alberg on the coast of British Colum bia?

My daydream Alberg 30 (or a bigger one if I can find it) floats somewhere
off the coast of BC. I only have 6 years, 9 months and some-odd days to
retire and find the boat. . . 

I can find out the cost of boats and boat parts on the INternet, but cannot
find out what it costs to moor or store a boat in a marina or boatyard in
British Columbia.

Can anyone offer any advice on what it costs to keep a "good old boat" on
the British Columbia coast these days?
