[Public-list] stripping epoxy

Pete asked:
"I wonder how it would be if it needed to be stripped, epoxy is hard stuff."

I've almost finished rebuilding an old Fireball. Much use of WEST epoxy
inside, outside and several other sides. As one with some experience in
putting epoxy in some *wrong*, as well as some right places, the trick to
removing epoxy is a heat gun judiciously applied and a *very sharp* scraper.

Stop *frequently* to sharpen the scraper again. You may think you're saving
time by just pressing harder, but trust me: you're not. (Don't even ask how
I know! <grin>)
