[Public-list] Transom numbers

If I get it correctly when a previous owner did register or change
registration subsequent to the FED HIN requirement the numbers should have
been stamped into the transom in order to comply with the registration
requirements.
I was supposed to do this back when I purcahsed Infinity, however Daybreak
already has the numbers moulded/stamped in the transom.
