[Public-list] chainplates

I sailed my boat in 30 knot plus with gusts to 40 (said one skipper) and
kept on sailing unaware that my starboard chainplate had completely
given way.  This, with mast compression to boot!  The Alberg is one fine
built boat!   Have replaced the bulkhead, which was rotten, and who
knows how long it was rotten for.
