[Public-list] Emergency Request for help with a part!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :(

Is the rudder shaft slotted for a key where the tiller is attached?Also I saw a picture somwhere of a hinged tiller,now I cannot remember where,can anyone point me to it?
