Unbelievable, eh Dave.

Anybody who pumps overboard on the GL should be hung by their heels and 
never mind the rationalizations about other types of pollution from other 
sources. Its simply inexcusable and I believe the MOE fine is about $5,000 
and impounding until remedied.

We sat in an anchorage down in the 1000 Islands and watched a boat anchor in 
front of us who was clearly pumping out ... another reason for installing 
the long 9's ; )
