[Public-list] depression in hull

Hi there- 

Surprise has them too... I think that they were built into our boats, which
as I have observed before were very well built - but not particularly finely
built.  They exist because the solid glass hull is actually quite flexible
(particularly in contrast to the cored deck and thick plywood bulkheads
which are stiff) and if there were any variance in accuracy in the
fabrication of the deck and bulkhead cutting - the hull has to pull in where
the rigidity didn't allow 'make-up' to occur elsewhere.

I could not see the irregularities until I had her painted dark blue.  Then
I could see the depressions in the area of the chainplates, and then only
from particular angles.

I wouldn't worry about them; such things are just part of what the A30 is.
