Dry gas is Alcohol. It's supposed to bond with the water 
then run through the engine. I'd drain the tank.

I have to change oil by sucking it out through the 
dipstick hole. I have  1/8" copper tubing that does the 
job. After that, I stick it in the (in my case Diesel)tank 
and pull a 1/2 gallon or so off the bottom of the tank. 
The same would take care of your water problem.
