Brian, I run 1800rpm 5.5 knots with a 12/7 prop. Clean your fuel tank. Do a compression test on your engine. Make sure your have the throttle wide open when you do it. Compression is critical to be able to lift the fuel to the cylinders. Joel (Janus 449) 1152111223.0
