I have to report this. I was astonished.

Accuweather has a service that predicts rain hour by 
hour-I think it is a 24 hour period.

I wanted to know what the rain was going to do in 
Salisbury a week ago Saterday; That Friday I accessed the 
info. and it said it was going to rain @11:00 A.M.

It rained 1110 for 15 minutes.

I don't think they can do it for wind, though.
