Add to your list:

Leecloths or bunkboards
Latches on all lockers and floorboards
A solid safety tether clip point in the cockpit
Jacklines
Spare fuel filters for when your tank gets all shook up and the dirty bits clog the filter (or better yet, install a racor pre-filter and water separator that can be drained from the bottom of the bowl...)
Sail repair tape for quick at-sea fixes
Spare rubber parts for manual bilge pump
Some form of autopilot or windvane
Additional potable water stowage (for redundancy as much as quantity)
A parachute sea anchor (have used them and can endorse them enthusiastically!)
Radar reflector
Possibly a CARD (collision avoidance radar detector) depending on where you're headed
A swing stove for cooking underway (like the Force 10 SeaCook stove)
And a good thermos and bulkhead mount to keep your cuppa tea warm!
