I can't recall exactly, I think most of my water absorption was direct
infiltration through the insufficiently sealed gas cap rather than
condensation related.

The boat took a trip from Annapolis up to the Magothy and then back down
after the winter without any fuel related problems (it had other
problems), my fuel related problems started after the heavy rains we had
this spring.  I may not have even had ethanol gas over the winter, I
think that went into the boat in the spring before the trip up to the
Magothy.
