[Public-list] Rain Leak Question

Hi folks, I have an issue which has confounded me somewhat since we got
Andante over a year ago.

When it rains, I get a small stream of water coming out of the forward
end of the port engine bunk.  Rather than dropping into the bilge, the
water spills out onto the cabin floor and down my first battery hatch
(even with the engine compartment closed up).

The stream seems to come right out of the bunk itself, and one of the
previous owners had put some sealant there in what looks like a bid to
stop the flow out onto the cabin floor.

This seems like something which is either related to the cooler cockpit
hatch drain, or possibly to the cockpit locker drain, but I can't seem
to find it.

Any help greatly appreciated.
