[Public-list] ATOMIC IV question...

Hi there - 

For the six years we have sailed Surprise, the gear shift on our A4 has been
the characteristically stiff affair: for no apparent reason last fall and
this spring it is incredibly stiff.

Can anybody offer me an advice on what to do about this?

Thanks folks. (you can tell I am worried because I am being polite and not
making wise cracks)
