[Public-List] Oily Bilge

Hi Dan and thanks for the suggestions. There is alot of grunge!  I was 
really surprised to see concrete in the bilge. I haven't determined the 
amount as of yet but my guess would be there are at least several cubic feet 
of the stuff.
