The other option is to go with thicker lexan 1/2" and thru bolt them directly on the outside of the coach as done in some of the magazines I have read. Then you only have to make up some nice wood trim on the inside. The thicker lexan will also be stronger if doing ocean passage. Joel Janus 449 1175081888.0
