Good morning - 

I have a couple pictures of Surprise in and out of the water that show the
position of the waterline aft... The distance from the fairing at the top of
the rudder under her overhang aft will be of use.  I moved that line one
line-width up.

By the way - years ago we started calling that part of the hull the boat's
'groin'.
